So basically, it's basically "Cameras Unlocked", where you can roam the whole map and beyond(Even into the impossible depths that is the S4 world) rather than be locked to your character in some form?
Interesting.
This may not actually be that annoying, especially if you can keep it locked to your character, but with shifted zoom so you can actually see what you're doing 9/10ths of the time rather than 7/10ths of the time.
