That's exactly what OverLimits is saying. If it's your first time editing the database and you have no clue, you should not be allowed to start a server. And I have nothing against you, it's just the way it is.

Get acquainted with the matter first, you'd solely bother players with your current state of knowledge.

Pay attention to the foreign keys on the database, these are mainly the trigger for errors while wiping the database of accounts/characters.
