I can't reapeat it again, so I guess in my case it was random or game bug. But I got over 150% crit chance and over 1000 dmg without any buffs and mobs died 2 hits.
What I was able to check, that this glitch can be removed only by relog. Mount, changing weapon or char's death do not remove glitch.
When I'll back to my place after holidays I will try to look closer and compare screenshots I've made.

And you dont remember How? Alone you get it ? After pk or xp in hh ( with freeze or Lens out + Lens on you got the mobs debuff on positive )

with ce u can change only visual thingies and not physical one...

So ce change virtual like when you modify ini, but with some ini you CAN do real things like with wc c , but you CAN put off the event item name from seras , asthal etc but cant trade them. So maybe There is some things virtual and other physical that we can change or not

@steph i know with ini u can some change ;) but this is only visual too

Not all virtual as i said you havesome physical value , like with wc, with which you can trade unbound cc

well at last some1 can share this Crit glitch method or nope :)
