I belive that support can't find acc's who are added to a bigpoint acc. They say that my acc was removed from bp, but still i logged on to my bp acc, and logged so in to my darkorbit acc from there. So now i decided to keep my DO acc closed until they come up with a way to actually delite all my connection from bp. Why don't they hire people that actually know how to deliver support for their customers:rtfm:
