As fonrw told, that weapon has dmg and look like PSH weapon, but it doesn't require any stats or lvl, but that weapon is untradeable, and you need Jade Separators to do slots in that.

Until EC4 I dropped 37. I used 20 for weapon. Unfortunately, that items are untradeable. But I didn't play since 10. July - my internet has a limit. I'll back in September.Quote:

lvl 0-59 u get lowlvl hermit (i havent seen any, lm weapons) lvl 60-120 middlelvl hermit (for hermit weapons) and 121-max lvl (for ps wepons)
lvl mob so if u are 58 and killing lvl 60 moob u can drop middle lvl hermit item

On Play9d, you will get maybe 1-2 low vouchers.
Enough mid vouchers to make 1 HH wep and less than 100 pills.
From CS onwards, you will have plenty of high vouchers (made and destroyed 10+ PSH weapons).
Its because of the high xp rate, less mobs grinded on lower levels.
