I can't help but think that it's being caused by an improper attempt to read character information or write character information. As you can see the HP/MP values have not loaded correctly, your name has not loaded correctly and you are invisible. But this could only be me -- being a noob.

We have already solved the initial loading of a character which seems to be working fine.

But if the character has been altered by the game-server (e.g. X, Y / Example: If I warp my player from starting area to say Horizon. (It will load about halfway, then stop. But the ambient music for Horizon will start. / If I think warp myself again the loading bar will progress to 3/4 but same result as before) ) Same seems to happen if I quit the client instead of logging out and sometimes happen even if I log out instead of quitting.

As I said my vote is either a Read/Write Procedure related to the dbo.Character or a malformation of the dbo.Character itself.
