Yes, while kBot is less expensive than iBot, the overall cost is cheaper with iBot because of the LONG DOWNTIME with kBot due to frequent updates by BP.
Ivan should post a status on the KBOTIK.COM website giving an ESTIUMATED RETURN TO SERVICE (ONLINE). In addition, the time it is taking him to update kBot each time (4 days average every 10 days for the past 60 days) is UNACCEPTABLE and every kBot user should voice this to him and or your applicable reseller.
Yes, we all know that he is just making sure it is safe, etc.; but he needs to IMPROVE his update time. Maybe he needs to stop acting like BP and hire someone to help him if he is unable to get it done in a reasonable time.
When you ask him for an update status; the reply is ALWAYS the SAME "Soon". Well, someone needs to teach him that soon is not defined by 4 days.
If this continues with kBot I will pull the link of all my TS' and replace it with iBot. I encourage all kBot users to think of this and take some action. Thanks for your time.
