How to make your server non-hamachi!

when i changed all ip to my external ip.. its becomes like this..
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

and think.. not all ip is pointing to external ip.. maybe..

actually.. whos has try this..

and my shell.dat i just open with notepad and not edit by it.. i edited using winhex

1 more thing.. my firewall is off.. :)

Honestly I don't know a great deal about protocols, but your port forwarding you have setup is only for your internal IP. Now since your account server will be connecting to your external IP wouldn't it use that same external IP for that protocol rather then your internal? Just a question I honestly wouldn't know.

As i mostly know when you want to port forward a port usually u use your internal ip..

confusing here is..

web pages can see by others.. thats means portforwading is working..

not all ip got to change to external ip..
and not all ip change to internal ip
there is.. 127.0.0.1 ip also must use..
but where.. :(

Port forwarding is setup correctly yes. Double check your shell.dat. Here is a quote from the stickied guide:

DB_IP and DBHOSTNAME are the only ones that should have 127.0.0.1 or your internal ip.
Everything else should always be an external IP address.

hey all im new to private servers and shit but the things is my network provider sucks and my ip adress isnt static it keeps changing thats why i use hamachi can someone tell me how to host the server without that static Ip address

when the ip change.. got to tell ur player to change it at oem.dat , i think.. for better try to get static ip, because player donate.. with the donation pay the static ip, in malaysia it is usd 100 per month + contract 2 years.. but dont go for it if u not confident with your server to get long atleast 2 years..

and.. there is dedicated server.. no contract for 2 years.. but still arround usd 100 per month, but beware u must know who u are.. "we are pirate" , when the dedicate server got warn from tq, then ur server will go down,

stay on hamachi or go get ur static ip.. (only suggestion)

see what model your modem,then go portforward.com search your model they. Example 192.168.xxx.xxx then login your admin & password.
