i've installed rf again and tried this out. somehow it screwed my characters buff even if i just use normal buffs. now my wildrage, accuracy and extend range won't level up and is still level 1 :D

ok so far heres what i got~
the reason why it is only 10 seconds duration is because they are only link skills~
see when you get close to the council with council buffs you will get a link aura buff which only lasts while you are close to the council~
much like that~
so what im saying is~ we still dont have access to the real council buff unless we are a council~
still experimentin thou~ ^_^

U don't need to do that..u just buff up again and there it goes...but the problem is killing a PB with 30x...you gotta unsiege then buff then siege up again, but its actually not that bad if u try it...thats if u got a weak launcher...Quote:

guys i got a problem here.when i try it with WPE everytime i use Accuracy buff im getting diffrent packets.also im not sending smilar packet like you told.what do you think where is my mistake again?
