Yes this is true.
Here on forum here is kinda a good mage skill hack that works better than this because I don't get so many crashes or anything ( 1-2 crashes in about 10 hours of farming)

could do in the core server, but the magic is not only several times of several damage .. and normal?

I have managed to get it so I can spam the skill however it only does damage whenever it would before I changed it.

eg. The cooldown is 12 seconds, I change it to 0. Now I can use the skill over and over however the skill will only do damage the first time and then do no damage until the 12 seconds has past.

Basically, thats how it should work so you have to create at least 5 or more skill hack so whenever one is unable to cast you can use other instead or while waiting it to cast again.

I have smooth working skill, tele, vac, zoom, gm detect hack. There's a tutorial here on how to do it but I think it was already been covered by other thread. Just try searching guys and a little patience in doing winhex. :)
