Baked Ice is just a loader but you can connect through OOG or IG walker but hte problem is tthe correct token for the game version. besides DN is an L2off game it hase its unique item and game data base so it component has been altered by the admin...

when you open DragonNetwork.exe
this dll is unpacked in lineage2 folder
( parhaps hiden file )
but you can do nothing whith this DLL .. beacause DLL injection work in memory only :)
