it works but you dont need too click on patcher start it manuelly then click activate wait till the login screen go to folder unlock it and click deactivate then at the game activate.
janz good work i dont even use ph and it works!

um.. still not working.. and.. um.. do i need a Net framework3? or 4?

Delete the ai.kom on the Folder lite\backup
delete the ai.kom on the backup folder.
i think you forget to deactivate the hack.
btw revising the program on going.

sir janz, i copy to grandchase folder your hack, when i run as admin, they have some error, "Could not find file 'lite\backup\ai.kom', fix this problem,

I think you haven't extracted all the files in one place (including the folders)
