Edit: Is the one thats marked 6.1 the latest one from him? its similar to his one on discord in terms of naming conventions but....they seem like season 1. Can't tell on the links since there is no date details

You click the link, you click the file to download and it is free.

You are clicking the link and then trying to download the whole directory for one file.

No date details, so you go by the latest file number.

I used the same file name as I was given.
To your other question, there is no link to those. So I I have no idea if he has them or even posted.

There is nothing for Vanilla because it was not made for Vanilla. It was made for Classic Wow, not Vanilla.
