1337 ammo and accuracy 0 File(Working, Just re-tested it)

I believe SilverEmerald is referring to SP loss due to weapon specials such as Sigma Blade right click or something like twin blade right click. I haven't figured out what the last bits of sp usage is in 24.x7.

Though I might be wrong and he is talking about something completely different.

Use the 7.x7 and change the default_actor_mp to mhhh 999999999999999999999999999999.0 or so (in all 3 Blocks!).

Then you dont have a problem with the Sigma or TwinBlades.
