It's because of your ugly windows theme. Just kidding. Your desktop background is quite nice.
The first problem is just because the download times-out -> your connection to China is too slow.
The second problem is that your Silkroad directory isn't in your Windows registry.

Run the VBscript file which should be in your silkroad folder to add the silkroad folder into Windows registry.

Also for the legit part, unless your planning to solo you won't find any euro pts till you hit 70 and can go in-caves so until then your best bet is plvl and botting (which is legal since they released a bot).
