Wen ich den ID manager starte und auf Get Personal Password klicke kommt immer, not Authorized eigentlich ging es immer aber jetzt nicht mehr. Danke im Vorraus..

Wen ich den ID manager starte und auf Get Personal Password klicke kommt immer, not Authorized eigentlich ging es immer aber jetzt nicht mehr.

Need Help!
When i start the ID Manager and cick on Get Personal Password, there comes only not Authorized but i gived a thanks and the HWID too.
