They don't seem like an actual "Provider", but instead they seem like a whole different forum or even resellers. They are selling multiple cheats ranging from PAK's (Which I wouldn't trust, ever) to externals that you can find being resold in multiple places.

I'd stay away from unknown providers such as the one you brought up, keep your accounts safe with a provider who is known and has no problem giving you any information you may ask for.
