There is no "silk providers" as we are providing the silk manually over our ticket system for donates done via trusted international money transfer/payment platforms that work great for all our players on daily basis for over an year now.

You literally came on our general chat during a big content update on which we received a lot of donates by our humble players that love and support us and you tried to manipulate them by spreading your personal negative experience you had with 1 of the main and mostly used platform because you had some account issue there so your unappropriate comments were deleted.

You cant come to a store that accepts only credit card lets say and start yelling in the store like a crazy person "credit card is not good !!" or "ppl be aware don't use credit card !!" cause this basically what you did there.

Then you came over the ticket system with threat msg "I will post this on epvp" so told you right away in case you you will escalate and continue to spread your negativity and aim to effect others with your own personal problems all over the place then you will be banned and unfortunately you did.

Despite you having no manners and starting conversation on ticket that way we took the time and talked to you calmly and nicely trying to understand your problem and help you out by suggesting to contact live support of that service you were trying to use or try another one but you said you don't like the way their support talked with you and you said "why should I make new online account to donate on your server" so with all the respect this is nothing more then a personal problems of a troubled person but even so I answered you that you shouldn't donate if you don't want to but please do not try to stop other players from doing so because it works great for all and the screenshots that I decided to share with you and prove you that you are wrong as meanwhile we speak players are using that same platform that you were bragging about.

Anyways we have the transcript of the whole ticket conversation saved in case.

To conclude, we will not allow anyone to harm our work in any way or form no matter how hard they try.
