gamermca, question in the new complete download the 2 catalog files
productsInCategory_STORE_CARS.xml
productsInCategory_STORE_OWNEDCARS.xml
are smaller in size then from your original download these new ones show 1kb each and the previous show 22kb and 400kb/
Just thought i'd mention it.
One other thing that is happening now, example the Alfa Romeo if I purchase the red boost version one after I click ok and it is added to my garage it then converts to the black igc version without parts. Just wanted to mention this.

I just added the repaired Supra file to the basket folder, and reuploaded it.
I also just downloaded it and both those "products in Category" files are 177 bytes each, and the one I already had, which is the one I uploaded are 177 bytes each as well.
Same with the previous version I uploaded first.
I even checked in my server editor, those are 177 bytes as well.
As for the Alfa Romeo, mine is not a boost version, and sells for $0.
It remained Red with the all the stickers on it, as well as the parts remained attached.
The only thing I can think happened, is you downloaded my files, and somehow didnt add them in correctly and they did not overwrite yours.
None of my cars sell for boost, they all sell for $0.
This is because of how the productsInCategory_NFSW_NA_EP_PRESET_RIDES_ALL_Cat egory was coded.
So you cant have the correct one installed.
If you wish, I will upload my complete Server Editor, which contains almost everything, besides the Mods such as "hard opponents"
Then you will be sure to have everything installed correctly.
Or, since I know you have backups, instead of putting the basket folder and other files in and overwriting them, remove yours out of your server editor.
Then add mine in.
Also, when you download the rar, right click it, click properties, and insure it is not being blocked by windows, before extracting it.
If you do not, then by default, they will not load properly.
Every file I have downloaded, became blocked by windows, so as I said, before extracting the rar/zips or even just a simple xml file, etc.
Right click them, click properties, and insure they are not blocked by windows, and if so click unblock, apply, and then ok to close it, then add it in to the server editor.
I even have to do that when importing in a save persona.
But yah, you want a copy of my server editor?

I bought it and the exact same thing is happening to me.
Have you tested its performance to see if it is actually faster with installing at least Ultra parts on it?
As for the HAT, it is irrelevant to the actual improvements made by adding parts.
There is no direct connection to what the parts do to the car, to what the HAT shows other than EA's attempt to reflect the HAT to mimic the improvement.
I hope that makes sense.
In other words, even if you could manually change the HAT itself, it will do nothing to any of the cars performance.
Try the car with it's stock version and then add ultra parts and see if it runs faster.
If so, than all is good, just ignore that HAT, if is does not preform any better, than I may not have the ability to do anything about it.
Either or though, I will attempt to see what I can do.
I am learning as I go.
