there's 200% speed bug, Strarting buff 100% speed working with 100% speed normal scrolls ^_^

i found these bugs: 1; Start buffs refresh with relog/teleport 2; u can use Speed skill ( Grasswalk speed) with speed buff so i mean u got %150+ speed
