I think I know your bug, I got it when I played my last heroic dungeon run (which was a sucess) on the last heroic cycle. Then when the clock struck 12, I couldn't enter, then on 1:30, I still couldn't enter.
I tried relogging, but shit still happens :)))).

I just finished my last successful heroic dungeon run then when I tried to enter the next cycle the time don't change so I can't enter again until now.
Thanks for your time but I have to go to school.
