No it means the hack has failed to launch.
Just patch your GC, exit and try again.

no dont worry.
that happens when more than 1 app is opend.
example. GC and Google Chrome is Open, when you altab or at the login screen, GC will close saying blahblah.but that is safe.happend to me before.not banned.
