Silkroad is a game that is really based on PvPing as most activities like jobbing, Capture the Flag, Battle Arena & Fortress War include it. Sad part is Silkroad never had a real ranking system, it was never possible to play Silkroad on a really competitive level like other games. What we wanted to do is offer an insane ranking system based on a mix of the most important activities. And what's the best part of it? Every rank gives an icon next to your char name, a really great icon giving your character an insane premium look and also informing your enemies what your rank is! Dont even mention about that cancer alchemy rates. Im getting mad again when i remember cuz i've failed six times 9 to +10 in Ruby. It makes about 10k silks. RIP Adri from now on :rtfm:Quote:

PvP wont be included. Job kills, survival and fortess kills will give elo points with fortress kills giving the most. Also job deaths, survival deaths and fortress war deaths will make you lose points. All this activities are protected with many restrictions making cheating impossible. There will be different rankings players can reach. However the system is competitive means there are certain spots for each ranking which means players can lose their rank if others get more points than them. Also there will be a weekly reset to ensure competition will keep refreshing. Now you may wonder what rewards will rankings give... well trust me they are awesome and will be announced soon ;)Quote:
