[Release] IDM+Effect Manager

Slicktor was kind enough to update the bypass I use for this again, now it should work for 32 bit. :) Shall update thread with newest update after I test.

Bitte helft mir ich öffne S4 normal benutze nicht mal hacks garnix kein IDM einfach nix und ab der server list wenn ich joine geht s4 dann aus? Davor konnte ich mich auch einloggen habe keine hacks oder tools oder irgendwas an skype: cenzu123

For the last god dxmned time, the updated bypass is ALREADY INCLUDED inside the .dll. Just follow the dxmn instructions. Put it into your folder, run an injector, have the injector auto-close. Make sure not to have CE or anything that would 'cause HS to detect you open, and it will work fine.

Anywho, I'm getting rather bored with this project - not anything left I want to do, just updating for you ungrateful kids. Shall probably be the last patch, don't expect any more updates.
