I've personally only seen mitigations happening to providers who are using view angles. Is there proper confirmation that mouse based aimbots are also experiencing these mitigations now?

Ricochet team claims that anyone who faces mitigations is a "confirmed" cheater, so that means stat bans or AI bans are probably out of the question since I doubt they have a model that can detect 100% accurately detect closet cheaters right now. Which makes me believe its only enforced for detected cheats and/or detected features. Possibly no recoil could be causing these mitigations also? Just a thought.

Most likely for angle aimbot and any kind of recoil control users. This same exact thing happend in Caldera times when almost every provider besides PO had mitigations (damage nerfs, invisible players, splat came later when Cobalt got hit back then.

I'm on DMA since end of 2023 now , pure mouse aimbot 6KD , 2k wins or so, 3 Accounts Prestige Master. Not an single issue here. I LOVE this mitigations for the lil trash low lvl cheaters, well deserved for being this dumb.

Mitigations again are happening to DMA users who are using macku and kmbox, happening on HV who I know does not use view angles, so this is not accurate.

Some people seeing mitigations aren't even currently cheating, some haven't played in months got on a new account with nothing and have them, which further supports my HWID theory.

If it was view angle related my chat would be going nuts but I've only seen a handful of people with mitigations.

No doubt you were not banned earlier this year which means you aren't hwid flagged, further confirming my theory as you are completely fine!

I've personally not experienced any mitigations and I was perm banned earlier this year due to ProofCore. I do hear though that you need 2 or 3 perm bans before you get HWID banned, so maybe that's why.

I've also heard that in MW3 they started tracking your TPM serial way back then. I wonder if its possible that they've started doing TPM bans due to the hardware they tagged back in MW3, so you could be right about that? Technically you can't "perm spoof" TPM unless you buy a new chip as well, so that would fuck over a lot of people lol

I’ve had mitigations with no cheat so it’s not 100% correct.
