Yeah Turtle wow is vanilla(actually it would be more correct to say vanilla plus) and there're using 1.12.1 version of the game like other vanilla servers.

I saw rxp guides everlook section in download page. Is it work on Everlook vanilla server or am i get it wrong? Everlook and Turtle Wow both are sharing same version of the game but i don't know Everlook using which api.

Everlook is for Everlook. So if using the same API it would work.

But people are saying the addon does not work, so they use a custom API?

There are sharing same wow client 1.12.1 and every 1.12.1 addon should work but everlook is pure vanilla server, turtle wow is vanilla plus. They added custom maps, dungeons, features etc. Maybe that's why rxp guides doesn't work on that server but i don't really know the technical side if it's api problem or not. It seems like they use custom api since they added custom things.

Ah ok, I personally do not know about the addon. Is ther anyone in their forums who can update the addon to work?

I can ask but I have no hope :). You providing RestedXP addon for free to us so I wanted to ask you first. I assume that you are the one who adjust that addon to work on Everlook server, or is it someone else?

No need to adjust it, I just used a old version of the addon, with the latest guides added.

Well seeing on their forum it would benefit many people. I just hope someone is experienced to do it.

I really don't care. I just want to get these addons up and running for people so I'm doing what I can. If you have a better idea for how to stop the 19 useless lua warnings that are present in your release, please add them to the OP so that you don't have dozens of people complaining about them each week.

So let me get this right, you take the files that I make and upload and claim them as your own. All because people choose not to google the files and find them in multiple places without an account?
