Yes, biobot is a good bot.

You just have to know it's limits.

Limits like 4 or 5 hours of botting :) per day and taking rest between time by time.

Server ID are de first letter in the direction bar: int1, int2, fr1, de6, etc etc

Safe - yes
5 hour - only recommended, u can use it 24/24 at higher risk of getting caught, depending on the server

dont use it for pure collecting surely u gonna get banned. and dont use 24/7

Well sorry to the mod team for Dbl posting and old friend you do the best work I love it 5 hrs a day sounds good but on us1 I got 18hrs once nothing bad happened but I am sure I was pushing some sort of luck.
