yeah then "needed" meaning then players have different opinion or friendly debateing with GM or other players about update there they dislike or how GM would say trash/spam and nonsense. they geting muted or chat get timeouted from 10min up to 1h

and his saying: "negative behavior wont be tolerated" meaning if u have bad opinion about server or update and shareing meaning is negative behavior (maby now change but this was my and other players expirence in this server )

if muted or chat timouted be only for toxicity or politic things I would't be here , I think and him to not gonna be here to if be only for that

i will say it again. ive played months on this server. but after getting perma muted on discord for saying '' staff doesnt give a fuck about the trade '' and getting perma muted for that... sorry my dear GMs but that is way out of line. instead of listening to old and experianced players ( not me but my friends who all quit cuz of ur useless updates and sht balances who NO ONE asked for ) this will be my last comment for this server. I had a great time but since the GM is very '' if i dont like what u say ill perma mute you'' ill say this, fk ur mindset <3 with love from _KING_ and fix ur fking trade routes and thief spawn. Wish you had a different mindset so i wouldnt had to quit. Peace and good luck with the server since you said '' u had plenty of donors'' bb forever dont bother to reply since i wont even look here </3 .
