if the poll succeeds, will everyone be resetted? or do people keep their sos stuff and only new chars created after relaunch will be lv80 +3fb

I think the damage has already been done to the server.
None the less it would be great to start over.

Don't make everyone 80, just increase the rate to 100x.
So people can get some stones/elixs from drops.
Atleast if you increase those drops.

To attract new and existing players, consider the auto eq till last tier +3 fb.
Give everyone a starting premium of 7 days, pickpet 7 days.
Release the new skills, just for the normal amount of skillpoints.
Remove the SoS GEAR/ACCESSORY out of the game, except SoS weapons.
So this normal gear is worth to pimp.

Increase the droprate of stones and elixirs, people prefer this instead of via npc shop.
Via npc shop = buy with gold = sell silk for gold = pay2win.
Just increase the droprate.

Top 200 reward, don't give everyone 200, those with multiple chars benefit from it.
Do like first 50-200, 100-150, 100-100.

Why would everyone be 80? just increase the exp for the first 2 weeks.
To like 100x, so people still do some grinding = stone/elix drops.

If you can do the following things we are already winners:
-Start lv 80 with last tier +3 set 41% stat, full blue / 60% blue
-Add an elixir npc so jobbing(gold) will have a normal value
-The "special" skills that were avaible to buy for 90000 billion gold and SP, make it actually acvhieveable after like one week of playig actively like 2-3 hours a day, including job points and gold.
- Obviously, refound (give back) all the silks that we lose with the wipe ( prevoius donates, etc)
- Removing sos gear is actually a valid idea, so ppl can obtain SOL or SOM by actually being active, and not botting 24/7
-Auto events, such as valid trivia, hide and seek bot, maybe pvp event once a week, unique event with 2 GM's on, lest say once a day around 7pm - Dw south only str chars east only int chars - Who abuse the rules get dc. In this way you dont need to add str and int uniques, you just need an organised [GM]Support team :)
- Make a bigger advertisment as you did at first
- Maybe reward/honor the "old" players who stayed until the very end and helped you to improve instead of running away ( thats optional )

The ruin of destruction for any server (including what happened to Joymax) is the GMs do not listen to the PLAYERS and it's no use making a private server thinking only of MONEY!

The problem with the restart server is;

I work 11hs a day, and it was hard to have time to get to level 80. Soon I left my BOW SOS + 6 Full blue and all 60% + statuses. I fixed my accessories and two parts of my SET.

With all certainty upar again for the 80 will be an inconsistency.

What about if they know all the problems but just don't know how to fix them? :D

That's pretty much the only reasonable answer to what happens with most of the servers.
