Nice chance to get epics, rare's and oldschool equipment.
I bought three accounts (40M+), the first had an Lvl 60 Rank 8, T1-T2 equipd Rogue on it, the 2nd over 5k Gold, the third a lvl 60 paladin with and oldschool title but not really much else. However, the chance to get an account with multiple high lvl champions with rare's is realistically given and the purchase can be damn worth.

Can only recommend this, very safe & friendly merchant.
