accmode = 1 :
Same as accmode = 0, but instead of using local accounts.txt it uses the network .txt file you set. You are supposed to have 1 .txt by bot.
accmode = 2 :
One single network account.txt for all the bots.
If it works only with accmode = 1 and not accmode = 2 maybe you set your .txt to the wrong option.
Check if you didn't use AccPath=[Your .txt file] instead of accsall=[Your .txt file]

Other solutions I see : nch.exe is launched twice, making it to type each letter/number twice in the field

typo / bug in your accounts.txt file.
