cant create a char with revision 13 and 14

With 14rev u have new emulator.sql just execute it to Navicate

When you update ver. you see what updates?

-Updated the data\\ folder for isro 1.236 *so update ur Silkroad to 1.236
-Updated the emulator.sql file(you gotta update it, if not the GameServer will crash) *update ur sql with emulator.sql
