Conflict 3 was super crowded with 2k slots from the start if i remember correctly.
Even tho that was IP limit, i als read your comment saying hwid bypass isnt possible, well think again, there are dozens of guides out there that people can try to use to bypass this shit if they dont know how to by themselves.

My point is that i think that 1200 is just not enough and imo presents a greedy perspective from the GMs.

about scamming / hacking player, there is a 2 pw system + a holiday modus system, also a auctionhouse and i think for some special trades also gms / supporter are possible as middleman.
