Most likely. I already had the new batch of referrals start popping up (no levels yet but they've been created). So I wouldn't expect it to take too much longer.

Give it some more time. Riot's referral system for redeeming and all is ridiculously slow to update.

Can sometimes take a few hours and a relog for them to be redeemable.

Currently 100 takes 48 hours to level and up to 72 hours for Riot to process as there is a queue.

128/100 accounts showed up. Most of them are lvl 1 but i think this will change soon enough :) .Thanks for 28 extra accounts btw.
