[C(chinese)SRO]How to play!

Found another solution for the string error.
download applocale
open the patch and choose the first chinese thing on the next page (there are two)
then click next and finish.

To works this little program must have always files updated, i dont think so those files are update 100% on every versions update, i always update files and add new lines witch must we have on every update.
