USA Folder works again

where can i find a usa folde i am new here i understood ebery thing but i didnt understood where can i get this usa folder

actually i think the problem were i get the connection error is step 10 and 11,,i cant change the paths,,it wont let me,,and as far as i can tell the paths that are already there are correct anyway,,some plz help this dum noob

The paths aren't correct because that path lets the launcher execute. Using " ,preceding" bypasses the launcher. And, why can't you edit a simple shortcut? You're not an admin or something?

I TOOK 3 HRS TODAY TO READ ALL 79 POST AND I FIXED THE PROBLEM I HAVE BYPASSED,,DOWNGRADED SMACKED MY HEAD AGINST THE DESK FOR HOURS,,BUT I DID IT!!!! NOW THAT I CAN LOAD THE GAME WITHOUT THE LAUNCHER VISABLE,,NOW MY PROBLEM IS IT DOESNT SEEM TO WORK SO NOW IM GUESSING I NEED A NEW USA FOLDER??? IM CURENTLY IN CASTOR 1ST FLOOR AND NO MOBS AT ALL,,I WILL CONTINUE RESEACH...

AND FOR ALL OF THE PEOPLE THAT CANT GET IT TO WORK I STRONGLY RECOMEND READING ALL 79 PAGES OF THIS TOPIC :mad: U WILL UNDERSTAND THE NEED TO BE CAREFULL,,ALL U NOOBS REALLY DONT KNOW WHAT THESE PEOPLE GO THRU MAKING THESE FOR US AND FOR EVERYONE THAT I LEFT OUT THANK YOU FOR PUTTING UP WITH US NOOBS,,,I WILL CONTINUE TRYING TO GET THIS TO WORK I MADE IT THIS FAR AND SO CAN YOU NOOOOOBBBBSSSSS!!!!!

sorry about the dlb post and the caps

do this for step 10 "C:\Program Files (x86)\Acclaim\2moons\bin\dekaron_nsse.exe" ,preceding if you notice the " " marks u will make step 10 work
for step 11 make a folder named data inside ur bin folder and drag ur usa folder in there to turn off hacks just drag ur data folder out of ur bin folder

ok i followed the directions to the T and when i use the shortcut it says connection error.
what could be causing this
