Pros:
1. Long term server with a long term plan
2. Tweaked some features which made the server more enjoyable
3. Communicates with the players that provides a seamless experience
4. Build balance is always a focus which gives flexibility for the players to explore different builds
5. Sailor Pass is so litttt! Awesome feature!

Cons:
1. Lag has been an issue since day 1. Though the team worked tirelessly to fix this and improvement has been seen, we are still getting random crashes.
2. Latency - as a player who played in the Philippines, I notice latency and delay from my end compared to other players who played in the middle east or Europe. Example: During special trade, despite buying goods right after spec starts, I am still 1-2 seconds late.
