Tried deleting everything except US language in your keyboard settings?

There was a guy who did this and it helped him to find right hotkeys to open up the console.

Make sure you're GM.

i always get same error... mysql settgings are OK no pass and ect... Mysql version: 5.0... ALL IN ENGLISH (UNITED STATES) have framework 2.0 and 3.0 SP1...
