well, not edited sro dont have that. Skills and other related things to pvp can never be changed. there is a reason why silkroad pvp was never balanced,coz each build had it's own +/- . for example, int bow very good and grinding,but bad in pvp, blader bad at grinding,but good at pvp. glavier is not so good at grinding,but kind of good at pvp. i hope you understand what i mean.
trying to balance between builds makes everything bad. PVE side is same (some builds are good,some are hard) but trying to make all equal will lead to this: with same set/wep you can never kill an oponent,unless by luck.
making weapons reinforce bigger will be the only way to solve this problem.
LT, hope you see this and understand what i mean. making something weapons like soa is like sos+2 or som +4 wont do any good. you need to make each weapons reinforce bigger,not + value..

Except for the fact that reinforce values are bugged in vsro files and they do not even make a slightest difference.

I didnt meant to say to balance the builds; int's dmg was higher on str's than its here, but u can't kill any str with same items; str's are op and ppl will choose str most of ppl...

I found a way to balance str and int chars.

most people do not use Armor Set because the armor consumes 20% of MP and 20% of speed, just the gm remove this, int chars will be able to use armor

Pls gm add chars EU limit mastery 90, reduce cooldown 15 sec to 10 sec.

let them pvp at the grand opening and you will see that ints will rule no matter what just the force thing isnt fixed but its gonna be
