My PC with GTX660 Using about 1400 - 1600 MB Graphic Ram while 24 Bots are working according to GPU-Z.
Its about 60 - 70 MB per Virtual Machine (main system uses about 100 when Vmware is not turned on) .

rest should be fine.
i personaly would not take an asrock mainboard, never had a good one from them all broke down. i would go asus instead
