Hello , the penality remover for job is for silks! So they can't abuse it that hard, I also tested the job myself , it got balanced in the last days.

Hello , explain the pay2win server, silk price atm is ~ 150m/100 silk , which equals ~3 trades , plus you have Silk/h available on 2 HWIDs , also you have events , drop rates are ok , you don't have to buy anything by silk atm , you can aquire anything without donating , we have living proofs on the server atm , you can make +7 items and sell them for some nice silks , or just make a business out of it , like some just did!

Hello, that has nothing to do with balance , the fact that some players just stay with shields on pvp doesn't make the server unbalanced.
Balance is seen in active job wars , competitions , FAIR pvps and other in game activities.

Reduce the elephant rhino hp or increase the spawn its 80 cap and it has 130k hp, trader can go easy alone from route to route and int damage is average 20k to it only....

I see your point , but you have to calculate the fact that a thief will not come alone and even if he goes alone , he can kill a trans pet alone , everything is calculated and just fits perfectly!
Anyhow , your point is beeing taken in consideration ,but from our experience we didn't have anyone complaining about that yet!
