I can list many reasons why this is happening:
-his firewall blocked silkroad.exe
-his ISP blocked hyperfilter's IPs
-hyperfilter blocked him
-problem with dns.. tell him to open command prompt and type "ipconfig /flushdns" without quotes.

The full blue scroll kinda reseted my stats instead of doing any fb stuff WHILE the stats reset removed my stats without giving them back

Yeah, only works with weapon and set but doesnt work with accessory...
