You need a webspace (bplaced for example), upload the needed files, edit the config to your webhost, start the bot, open up your webhost on your smartphone or tablet or what ever ^^ I can make a tutorial if you guys want

It's fine to use for testing things in a virtual machine, but I can't recommend to use it as the host system which is directly connected to the Internet.
