Also, 911sky, I was asking previously before others came in and started being ungrateful, is there anything we can do to help? I’d gladly dedicate some time to getting the add on ready for sharing if I knew where the identifying info was so I could remove

So everyone has no issue but you and your so called friend. Every post you have made is negative. Then you make claims about me. When your claim, is evidence of every single post you make and is yourself.

Well the thing is, the addon needs to be paid for.
I am not informing anyone, what I do. There are very few I trust on here and 5 years ago, 1 person helped. Before that for 7 years, so called lua experts, left account details in files and never noticed. When I noticed right away.

If people want it quicker, then buy it.
If you want it to work, extract it right, install it and also if there is a problem. Actually say what it is. As people are like this. Goes to an engineer, car don't start. Engineer asks why. They refuse to say and wonder why no solution.

People that watch this thread, know exactly what is going on. :D

You are trying to save the conversation here, I know that I'm right and eventually you will realize it and update it and or the update will be stated in zygor changelog page.

Here's a video showing it with fresh install and no other addons installed.

As I specific stated from beginning either the patch YOU or somebody else made OR the zygor developer team made there's a code error in the guide that somehow slipped, but thinking that the developer team actually make changes all the time it's not unlikely they messed something up.


The problem we have here now is that you think that you are to blame which I never implied too and you just want to cause drama

Also you state that everything is working fine which it does not, you act like you speak for all saying it works for all, which it does not.

If the error code was posted in the first place. The reply would have been, hope they fix it in an update. But it was never posted. So when people refuse to say what the issue is, guessing is what happens. But people do not have to guess your Real intention here.

About the first issue. It's still named that by Zygor Guides themselves, to my knowledge anyway.

About the second issue. That's by design. Auto update only updates if you have the addon installed. It doesn't install :-)

Alright thanks, would it not be a good idea to have when you got AUTO_UPDATE set to true?

So instead of saying, no the first image did not have it.
You just say you did not post it.

Btw your files is not the latest 28360 where 28369 so your patch is the 15 December and not the 16 December patch.

Personally I think it makes more sense to have it only update, and not install. Some might not like it installing on other WoW versions if they have multiple WoW versions installed, but only rarely play the other :-)

You downloaded 2.1.28369 and claim not the latest
In your video you show 2.1.28369

So enlighten me how 28360 comes after 28369? As doing the math and basic math 28369 is after 28360 and according to the changelog 28369 is the latest but you claim

The Ver.lua file in the addon folder looks to be "Revision: 28360". Maybe it's the wrong file that got packaged, or maybe Zygor forgot to change the revision number with the latest update :-)
