That question should be asked in the m8 Q&A thread however the answer is no,
zoom levels are currently maximized/minimized to the point where they don't cause problems within the game,
outside those boundaries causes instabilities.

Could a corrupted rar file or a bad decompressor.
1) Make sure you have rar decompressor installed(winrar, 7zip, etc)
2) Re-download the file, use a download manager if necessary.

LIke someone said earlier, I really find it hard to play without co2m8. i find it abnormal playin at normal zoom i nid to hav atleast 2 x zoom out. voice alerts are awesome. hp mining are great. ppl dont realise but this a great skill leveler..

Yes Indeed rajeshbro I'm sure you will notice m8 has much crammed into a small package. Most people don't get the full power of the tool until they use it for a long period and even then they still find new things.

When I wrote m8 I used to play the game a lot and got very frustrated by its shortcomings(co was much more primitive back then) so m8 is specifically designed to deal with the pain in the butt stuff, some features can only be discovered through its usage and I would never spell them out to that depth because I think the satisfaction people get from their self discoveries is actually part of the goal :)

After I launch the app and input my account info and config it how do I login and play? There is no login button to be seen by me..

But being in a benevolent mood I will reiterate once again,
select the account to login using the list on the left in the L menu and then select a SC button from the list of buttons on the right(make sure you set the button to the location of the CO program first)

After redownloading I recieved the same error.

I downloaded it with a download manager the first time. Ive now manually downloaded it through the browser. Same result.

Suggest you keep trying, epvp is a busy site....
:) cleaning temp folders may help also.

this is not a bot...it's a tool to help you actually play. not play for you.
