Server looks good and all but it would be great if thieving becomes somewhat as rewarding as trading because you know everyone just goes trader to make some early gold and no one contests them since its not really worth it. I really don't want to see another server start where turks run their caravans and its simply more profitable to join them and afk trace than killing them as a thief without any effort and selling their loot.

Don't worry. At some point, everyone will play all three jobs in order to get endgame gear.
