Guys we didn't reduce it alot .. our system isn't compitable with high rates
also we said that our rates will be medium not that high, it was a mistake.

killed 1 mangyang = lv 23.... another wipe is needed

WIPE and announce us before opening server. do not do it random like you did it twice.
