With full blue set it might be just OK, you would have a way more hp and deal slightly more damage. But still... it is not worth the time.
INT outdamages you, STR outlives you :-D
But, it might be good in pvp's :)

lol, this morning i pinched a nerve between my shoulders , now i receive some pain and my right arm is kinda numb.
