Be sure to turn UAC off.

Okay, ive Startet all Servers out there, from shaiya ep3 till ep5 and china version ep7.

All works fine with every server, WarServer too, but i cant aim on a monster, if i aim on a monster i get disconnectet with ERROR 0.

Do i need another client?

On all Servers, i can create a char, i can talk to npc's all works, but i cant aim on monsters without get an disconnect from the Server -.-

DC on target select is a PS bug on client game.exe 5.2. Use 5.1 instead, that should sort you out.

Im at the Server Patch config step.

I did '1 Run "PSM_Server\PSM_ServiceMgr.exe".'

In that small window it says ' (R) PSM_AgentServer' and only the Stop button is enabled.

In my Server Patch Config window some nodes in the Server List tree still have a red X icon.

I tried the next two steps:
'2 Close then re-open Server Patch Config.'
'3 In Menu, Server Setup >> Service Install All.'

It askes me if i want to continue, i press Yes.... but nothing happens... am I doing something wrong?

I got the above working, but now a new problem. I have those green pause icons in front of my Services int the tree. And i can start them all. But after a few seconds they all go on pause again... What did I do wrong?

I have here a client thats working on this server.
the game.exe is patcht no update and no gameguard.
Just unpack and play its already on localhost so no edit needed.
Have fun like i do.

i have made the ps_game.exe with nprotect off by default.
Add lvl max to level 70
And vchk from the login.exe off by default.

Can you do this with another Hard disk instead of a partition? just a separate drive?

I have the same problem as Mithrodin. After i run PSM_Server\PSM_ServiceMgr.exe I still have that red X icons. They dont change to green. Can someone tell me what should i do?

If you have Windows 7 or Vista:

Go to: D:\Shaiya_Server\SERVER\PSM_CLIENT\
Run: PSM_ServiceMgr and click on "Install" for all applications..
Restart Windows.

Actually, this is the best and easiest way to install the server. Don't forget to run as Admin or it won't work.

There's an alternative to it. These two files do the same job. Must be run as Admin.
PSM_Client\PSM_AgentInstall.exe -- install client agent and insert data into registry
PSM_Client\PSM_ServiceMgr.exe -- install all server services, you can start them here too
PSM_Server\PSMServer_AgentInstall.exe -- install server agent and run it
PSM_Server\PSMServer_ServiceMgr.exe -- same as above but done manually

ok i kinda figured i could use the game.exe from the US client but i still have a problem when i go into the HEX editor and go into "find" and type the 72.55.177.194 and continue it says it cant find the string. so i cant do any editing? is there a file or step i missed? WTF?
