To all the people complaining it wont work, why not be loads safer than downloading programs anyway and use the one I made years ago:

No downloads, no risk of virus/trojan, no problems with different OSes, etc...
...just type your start%, click start... enter your end% after any amount of time and click stop... it'll tell you when you next level as a date/time :)
Bookmark it if you like it and let others know about it so people dont have to keep downloading programs where they aren't needed.
Oh yeah, and to anyone that wants to host the file on their own webserver incase I stop hosting it...
...I even gave you a zip of the php file!
